Developer, Tevin
We have a team of experienced and passionate professionals who are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible products and support. Our team includes experts in software development, image processing, and photography.
What is your background?
I began my career in the medical field, working in the NHS as a biomedical scientist and biochemist. During my three years in the NHS, I was deeply immersed in the fascinating complexities of healthcare and lab diagnostics. After this time, I discovered a passion for technology and transitioned into software development. Soon after making the switch, I was fortunate enough to be hired as a software engineer, and from there, my journey in the tech industry truly began.
Tell us a bit more about yourself:

Outside of work, I love immersing myself in football, movies, and books. My greatest passion is learning new things, whether it’s a new programming language, diving into a different technology, or just reading an interesting non-fiction book. I think my curiosity and desire for growth drive both my personal and professional life. In my career, I've gravitated towards web development and cloud engineering, combining my interest in clean architecture with scalable solutions.

The team’s collective experience is vast, which creates a collaborative environment full of learning opportunities. I love that I get to learn from such skilled colleagues every day and contribute to something meaningful.
What is your area of expertise?

My expertise is primarily in web development, particularly using the .NET stack. I also have experience in cloud engineering, which allows me to work on both front-end and back-end aspects, creating full-stack solutions that are robust and scalable.

What’s your favourite feature of MaxLab?

My favourite feature of MaxLab is the ability to streamline complex workflows seamlessly. It has a great mix of efficiency and usability, making it easy for users to accomplish even the most intricate lab operations quickly.
Favourite piece of customer feedback?

I remember one customer telling me stating that using MaxLab was like "having an extra pair of hands in the lab." It really reflects the practical impact we want to have, making people’s daily work easier and more efficient.
You're hosting your dream dinner party. Who are you inviting?

I would invite Marcus Aurelius for his wisdom on resilience and leadership, Sir David Attenborough for his incredible storytelling, Ada Lovelace to hear her thoughts on how far technology has come, and Thomas Edison to discuss his inventive spirit. It would be a dinner full of fascinating insights and great stories, and I can guarantee it won't be boring.
